For inquiries and bespoke order requests, kindly reach out to us at lovelaineslondon@gmail.com with as much detail as possible. We also appreciate visual references to aid in our creative process.

Once we have all the necessary information, we will provide you with a tailored price for your order.

To proceed with the order, prepayment is required. A secure payment link will be provided for your convenience. Upon receiving payment, we will send you image samples of your design for your approval. Any necessary changes can also be communicated to us at this stage.

After your design has been approved, we will attach the brooches to the slippers of your choice and ship them to you. Please keep in mind that the entire process takes approximately 3-6 weeks, depending on the time of year. Please be aware that at peak times, this service may not be available due to limited availability of bespoke requests. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order in advance.
